Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations at our CVS Health store, delivering safe, accurate dispensing, patient counseling and immunizations while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and supervising the team on shift.

The ideal candidate will hold an active pharmacist license in the state, an active National Provider Identifier (NPI), and a commitment to patient care, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license active in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely with counseling and immunizations.
• Oversee the pharmacy as proxy when needed and coach team.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support inventory management, including cold chain protection.
