Qualifications

• Ability to document progress clearly in English.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in clients' homes.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Support clients with social activities and community outings.
• Record progress and communicate with supervisors.
