So Cal Training Team Media Group is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to provide exceptional care in a residential setting. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and promote independence in a nurturing environment.

The role involves medication administration, meal preparation, and engaging residents in activities while maintaining safety and dignity. In-person work with a flexible schedule supports career growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Certification in first aid/CPR, health clearance and background check paid by the company.
• Ability to work with individuals with disabilities in residential care homes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Provide medication administration following prescribed protocols and monitor vital signs.
• Support individuals with IDD through personalized care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions.
• Engage residents in social activities and behavior management for mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control standards.
