Job summary

Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on care for clients in the Montgomery County area. You will read care plans, assist with daily activities, and maintain high-quality, client-focused support in a home- and community-based setting.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of caregiving experience, reliable attendance, and a desire to help others. Competitive hourly pay and a flexible schedule are available, along with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene).
• Read and follow client care plans and assessments to deliver consistent quality care.
• Adhere to company policies including dress code and attendance.
