Nest & Care in Montgomery County, MD is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and support clients while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Caregivers with at least one year of caregiving experience.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Caregivers available 9am–5pm, Mon–Sun or every other day.
• Caregiver must be able to drive and run errands.
• Ability to perform personal and companion care per client plans.
• Reads care plans and provides care per plan.
• Adheres to company policies (dress code, time off, call-out).
• clocks in/out on client systems.

Responsibilities

• CMT's with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregivers that can work from 9am to 5pm Mondays through Sundays or every other day
• Caregiver who can drive and run errands.
• Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Reads the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
