Nest & Care in Montgomery County is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to provide high-quality assistance to clients in the community. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and adherence to individualized care plans.

Qualificações

• CMTs with at least one year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues.
• Caregivers who can drive and run errands.
• Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in clients' lives.
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene).
• Reads care plans and assessments to provide consistent care as per the plan.
• Adheres to all company policies (dress code, time off, call-out).
• Clocks in/out on shift using client systems.
• Observes changes and notifies Nest & Care if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and hygiene.
• Follow client care plans and assessments for each client.
• Record attendance and clock in/out on client systems.
• Observe changes in health or behavior and report to Nest & Care staff.
