Human Touch Home Care in Pueblo, CO is seeking a compassionate personal care worker to join our family‑oriented team. You will provide unskilled personal care and light homemaking to our clients, helping them stay independent and comfortable at home.

This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn our policies. Full‑time and PRN shifts are available, with pay of $18.00–$18.50 per hour, reflecting local market rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
• Requires personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.
• Some experience working with elderly and frail but will train.
• Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide unskilled personal care and homemaking services to clients.
• Attend to personal care tasks in accordance with company policies.
• Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics as needed.
• Assist with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nails, and mouth care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Make beds, change and launder linens.
• Wash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shop.
• Clean kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, and mop floors.
• Inform staffing director of unmet requests or unsafe conditions.
• Document services on time sheets and remain dependable.
• Additional responsibilities may be added as appropriate.
