Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or preferred; CNA certificate preferred.
• Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
• Comfort with using technology to document and track services.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled personal care to adults in a safe, respectful manner per program procedures.
• Follow the daily Personal Care schedule and document services immediately.
• Assist with toileting, diapering, feeding, hygiene and other personal care tasks.
• Practice proper transfer/safety procedures and request help as needed.
• Maintain clean equipment and sanitary care areas and protect privacy.
