UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate PERSONAL ASSISTANTS (Direct Care Providers) for part-time, set 25-hour weekly schedules in Webster Groves, MO. Positions include weekend shifts and hourly wages of $21.00, with mandatory training at the corporate office.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, personal hygiene, and activities; following medical orders; documenting with Set-Works; and interacting with families. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license/training.
• Ability to commit to weekend shifts.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks and personal hygiene; facilitate activities.
• Follow medical orders and administer medications.
• Assist with ADLs and lifts; support adaptive transportation.
• Document shifts using Set-Works and perform general housekeeping.
• Interact with families and maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor.
• Offer clients choices for daily activities and community outings.
