Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and oral communication skills are required.
• Computer proficiency is expected.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks and assist with personal hygiene.
• Follow medical orders and administer medications.
• Assist with ADLs, lifts and transfers and adaptive transportation.
• Shift documentation using Set-Works and general housekeeping.
• Interact with family often with a fun, outgoing and positive personality.
• Offer clients choices for daily activities and community outings.
