Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate care in the homes of our clients. You will help individuals maintain independence, in a safe, nurturing environment, with shifts including full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling. Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour based on experience.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication. A valid driver's license and vaccinations with TB test are required.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role preferred.
• Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

• Assist clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Support with meal planning and preparation based on dietary needs.
