Job summary

Village Caregiving in Niles, OH is hiring Personal Care Assistants. You will support clients with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders in a home setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Collect information about treatment plans from caregivers and doctors.
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
