Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals according to clients' needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Follow care plans and task sheets.
• Observe changes in condition and report them.
• Document services accurately and on time.
• Respond quickly and appropriately during emergencies.
• Protect clients' privacy and confidentiality.
