CareBuilders at Home is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to help clients stay independent at home. You will provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, while treating clients with dignity and respect.

This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans. You will work in clients' homes within North Carolina, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in personal care, companion care, or PCA roles.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and client preferences.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Must be able to assist with mobility and light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living including personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, positioning.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Build respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Observe changes in health and report to supervisor.
