Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide in Blue Lake, CA to assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking, enabling him to stay independent at home.

The role is long-term, 16 hours per week, with a base pay of $28/hour plus a $4/hour bonus for full shifts, paid as a W-2 employee. A background check and TB test are required; training is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Training available on specifics of the job.
• Must be able to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking.
• Vehicle capable of handling terrain around Blue Lake is needed.
