Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide essential daily living support in clients' homes. You will follow care plans, assist with bathing, grooming, ambulation, and meal preparation, and help with feeding and mobility activities.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of validated caregiving experience. Candidates must be 18+ and able to read and write. Strong communication and adherence to safety protocols are required.

• Home care setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal prep and feeding.
• Assist with oral hygiene and transfers using mobility equipment.
• Follow care plans and infection control procedures.
• Report changes to Home Care Manager and maintain client confidentiality.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
