Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing.
• Guide ambulation and therapist-directed routines.
• Plan and cook simple, balanced meals; monitor hydration.
• Handle light housekeeping and fall-prevention checks.
• Give timely reminders for medications and note changes.
• Offer conversation and escorted outings to clients.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments and community activities.
