Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide a safe, compassionate environment and to attend to residents' daily living needs with empathy and respect. This part-time position offers 2nd shift with every other weekend, potential to become full time, and a wage of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, on-site work, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned and in accordance with care plans.
• Attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Follow supervisor directions and facility policies.
