Job summary

Mays Plus, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist elderly and disabled clients in Oklahoma. The role involves supporting daily activities, including personal care and light housekeeping, with a focus on maintaining dignity and independence.

You will work with a compassionate team, following care plans and instructions while ensuring client safety and comfort. No certification is required initially; training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Mature, caring, reliable.
• Team player who follows verbal and written instructions.
• Good communication with clients and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening; have a phone, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and disabled with personal care and daily activities.
• Support light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and monitor well-being.
