Job summary

Mays Plus is seeking a part-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support elderly and disabled clients in Mountain View, OK. You will assist with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care in a local home setting.

No prior certification is required, though OSBI screening and a valid driver’s license are necessary. We offer on-the-job training and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude.
• Works as a team member and accepts verbal and written instructions.
• Communicates well with client and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening, have a telephone, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.
• We will train the right applicant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the elderly and disabled with personal care and light housekeeping.
• Run errands and help with meal prep.
• Support clients with bathing and activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate and reliable in-home care in a local setting.
