Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide.
• Pre-employment physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Nurturing, compassionate, and able to follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Help with home chores: cleaning, meals, laundry.
• Run essential errands and assist with medications.
• Observe changes and maintain client confidentiality.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with regulations.
