Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home support and improve quality of life for clients. Earn hourly pay with daily pay options and a chance to grow your skills through paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least six months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
