QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Flowood to provide essential support to assisted living and memory care residents. This role requires a caring heart, a high school diploma, and, ideally, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Responsibilities include providing companionship, assisting with daily living activities, and engaging residents in meaningful ways. Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents by providing companionship and activities of daily living.
• Reports changes in resident health and status.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance.
• Helps with dining as needed.
• Engages residents in activities.
