Qualifications

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents including dressing, grooming, bathing and mobility.
• Assist with medication administration following training and nurse delegation protocols.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and work as part of a caring team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs such as dressing, grooming, bathroom use, bathing and transfers.
• Support medication administration under supervision of the Nurse Manager.
• Help with meals, dining room setup and cleanup; provide light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and maintain a positive, teamwork-focused attitude.
