Pediatric Home Service is seeking RN or LPNs to deliver specialized in-home nursing care to medically complex children in Victoria, MN. You will work with families to support growth and daily living, with flexible scheduling and a focus on compassionate, one-on-one care.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed LPN or RN.
• Experience with pediatric care is preferred.
• Comfort with ventilator, trach and G-tube care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home pediatric nursing care.
• Manage ventilator, trach and G-tube equipment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Document care and report changes promptly.
