Pediatric Home Service is seeking compassionate RNs to deliver in-home, one-on-one care for children with medical complexities in Saint Peter, MN 56082. You will join a dedicated team focused on helping kids thrive at home with personalized nursing support.

Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and potential shift bonuses. Training covers ventilator, trach, and G-tube care, with ongoing 24/7 support from an experienced team to back you up. Join us to make a real difference.

Qualifications

• RN license required or pending licensure.
• Experience with pediatric or home-based care preferred.
• Willingness to learn ventilator/trach/g-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care at the patient's home.
• Collaborate with families and care team to implement care plans.
• Monitor patient health, record data, and escalate when needed.
• Assist with ventilator, trach, and g-tube care as applicable.
