Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Wisconsin seeks a Pediatric Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents within a team-based, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree.
  • Residency in Pediatric Dentistry and/or MPH preferred.
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice dentistry in Wisconsin.
  • Prescribing privileges and DEA registration.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and related structures.
  • Review medical and dental histories at visits and perform comprehensive evaluations.
  • Identify patient concerns and contraindications; plan treatment accordingly.
  • Examine patients, chart conditions, and discuss treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications as necessary and document all treatments per policies.
  • Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride, and sealants; educate families.
  • Design dentures or appliances to replace missing teeth when needed.
  • Collaborate with Noble Clinics providers and referrals for complex cases.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as determined by Noble Clinics.
  • Support CDO and Practice Manager in supervising hygienists and assistants.
  • Supervise x-ray procedures; ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Uphold OSHA and HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture; mentor clinical staff.
  • Adhere to Noble Community Clinics’ policies and code of conduct.
