Qualifications

• Recent acute care or long-term care experience encouraged.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred on hire; must obtain if not on start.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN or clinician guidance.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs; assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EHR.
• Support hand-offs and communicate patient needs to the care team.
