Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being in a warm, home-like setting. You will directly impact daily life by helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

You’ll work with a supportive caregiving and nursing team committed to exceptional care, resident connections, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus— training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Document resident care, activities, and changes accurately as required.
