BrightStar Care of Fort Wayne is hiring for full-time Patient Care Assistant (PCA) and Caregiver opportunities in Fort Wayne, IN. Pay is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and consistent first or second shift options. PRN opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of PCA/home health experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Assist with errands and approved activities.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Document care and report changes to the nurse.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and safety.
