Qualifications

• Active PCA/HHA/CNA certification.

• Available for irregular shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of mobility and personal hygiene support.

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan established by the supervising nurse.
• Provide personal care and assist with non-medical food preparation.
• Report significant client changes to the supervising nurse.
• Create a pleasant environment for staff and clients.
• Submit necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist with medical appointments and relay information to supervisors.
• Protect client confidentiality.
• Attend ongoing training sessions.
