Job summary

Qualifications

• Caregiving or personal care experience preferred.
• Ability to follow client care plans and supervision.
• Excellent communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Bathing, dressing and grooming support.
• Mobility and walking assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Transport and errands as authorized.
• Follow client Care Plan.
