Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Conover is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care in Newton and surrounding areas. We seek dependable caregivers with consistent availability to deliver compassionate support aligned with each client's care plan.

Shifts include day, evening, night, weekend, and PRN opportunities, with responsibilities such as ADLs, bathing, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation when authorized.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate, dependable, and consistent in availability.
• Willing to provide one-on-one home care.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Support mobility and walking
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
