Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking Patient Care Aides to support elderly and vulnerable clients in the Northeast Tennessee area, including Bristol. As a PCA you will assist with ADLs, medication assistance, meals, transportation, and companionship under the care plan.

You will report daily activities, adhere to safety guidelines, and work in shifts including full-time, part-time, and varied hour options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform ADLs as per client care plan.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs per care plan.
• Provide medication assistance, transport, and companionship.
• Report daily activities to supervisor via system.
• Maintain confidentiality and document care events.
