Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking an In Home Patient Care Assistant (PCA). You will assist seniors with daily living activities, medication reminders, and companionship across the Northeast Tennessee area, including Greeneville and surrounding towns.

The role offers full-time, part-time, 8/10/12-hour shifts, PRN, and short-shift options with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and dependable service. Health-related benefits and daily pay are available where offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• Proficiency with the ClearCare homecare management system.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CNA license or caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs per the plan of care.
• Provide medication aid, housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and transportation.
• Report daily activities to supervisor and log updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
