Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical support at clients' homes across Hastings and surrounding communities. Join our team to deliver companionship, daily living assistance, and reliable, respectful care rooted in empathy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle to reach client residences.
• Must pass a state background check and obtain a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts.
