Job summary

National Home Healthcare Inc. is urgently hiring PCA workers in the Woodbury, Newport and Cottage Grove area. Our main office is based in Oakdale, MN, with positions available throughout the Twin Cities area.

We offer on-the-job training and flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with sick pay benefits and a supportive team focused on helping clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• PCA Certificate is necessary (if you don’t have one, assistance is available).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
• At least 1 year of homecare experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs and IADLs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, transfers, mobility, and toileting.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and transportation.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition.
• Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance; maintain TB screening status.
