Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Winston Salem, NC is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients living at home. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping and meals in a home setting.

We offer training, bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and opportunities like CNA apprenticeships, plus health/vision/dental insurance and PTO. Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, able to communicate well

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
