Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a dedicated PCA + CMA in Flandreau to provide resident care and support independence for seniors. You will administer medications, assist with daily activities, and ensure a respectful, compassionate environment.

The role offers an evening shift with full-time hours. Training is provided, and benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with employer contribution, and PTO accruing from day one.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide certification is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and dignity in resident care.
• Willingness to train new employees as needed.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and skill improvement.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan.
• Assist with personal cares such as dressing, showers, and other ADLs.
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during interactions with residents.
• Document cares appropriately and maintain accurate records.
• Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies.
