Edgewood is seeking a PCA/CMA at our Mitchell community to provide resident care that promotes independence and confidence in aging well. You will work with residents, supporting daily activities and treatments under supervision. This role is part of a caring team focused on dignity and quality of life.

The position is full-time with day and evening shifts. Benefits include health/vision/dental/HSA, a 401K plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Medication aide certification required or willing to train
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate and patient with residents
• Willingness to train new employees
• Desire to continually improve skills

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to care plan
• Assist with ADLs such as dressing, showers, and bathing
• Demonstrate kindness and dignity during resident interactions
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies
