Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker to provide direct patient cares and assist with daily living activities under supervision of a Qualified Professional. This role offers flexibility and ongoing support within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills: sensitivity and compassion toward clients.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CFSS/PCA related certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care according to the patient’s care plan.
• Assisting patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing).
• Performing light housework related to independent living.
• Reporting changes or concerns to Clinical Manager.
