Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in and out of beds with nurse or PCT support.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during transit.
• Transport patients to and from units and imaging modalities within timeframes.
• Update transport status using the automated system.
• Assist with bed management: organize beds, clean beds, remove oxygen tanks as needed.
• Follow isolation protocols, PPE and hand hygiene requirements.
• Use two patient identifiers to verify patient identity.
