Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six weeks of employment and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients/residents to and from beds and departments, and retrieve medical records and other documents as requested.
• Remove and replace medical devices, and assist in lifting patients/residents to gurneys or wheelchairs.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on transportation equipment and report needs.
• Comply with enterprise health, safety, and security policies.
