Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Transporter positions at UK Saint Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY. The role focuses on the safe, timely transport of patients and equipment, with weekday, weekend and holiday schedules.

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely transports patients, secures IVs, drains, and patient.
• Uses wheelchairs and approved rolling stock to transport patients.
• Demonstrates competency in transporting all age groups.
• Ensures safe, timely transport of patients with proper equipment.
• Communicates with nursing staff, clinicians, and dispatch.
• Keeps patient comfortable and respects privacy; avoids discomfort.
• Alerts nursing staff to distress or equipment issues.
• Maintains and reports equipment needing repairs.
• Complies with regulatory standards and HIPAA policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
