Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire and disaster procedures and codes.
• Able to complete orientation and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients using wheelchairs, stretchers, beds or ambulatory aids to units/departments.
• Document assignments, logs, sign-in, and trip tickets; assist with telephone duties.
• Attend in-service education and scheduled department meetings.
• Report accidents and unusual occurrences to the supervisor.
• Assist in maintenance and cleaning of equipment; uphold professional conduct.
