Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, and completion of driver education course.
• Valid State Driver's License; Class D license may be required in certain states.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Defensive driving course within the past two years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments and other approved destinations.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist patients entering and exiting the vehicle with compassionate service.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional vehicle environment.
• Follow organizational policies and state DMV regulations.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform additional duties to support hospital operations.
