Job summary

Arms Acres Inc. is seeking a Full-time Driver to join our transportation team in Seminary, NY. You will provide safe, courteous transportation to patients and assist with loading or unloading personal items during admittance to or discharge from the facility to various locations.

Schedule details are Monday through Friday 10-7:30pm and Tuesday-Saturday 8-4:30pm. Must have a NYS driver's license with at least 1 year of professional driving experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, as well as interpret documents.
• Demonstrated ability to read a map and apply basic math skill.
• Ability to perform maintenance checks on all vehicles and maintains proper fluid levels as needed.
• Practice safe driving techniques at all times.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide basic first aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation to patients.
