• Provides transportation services for patients and visitors.
• Responds to all calls/assignments in a timely manner.
• Assists nursing staff with transfer of patient form cart, wheelchair or gurney to and from bed.
• Returns all transport equipment to assigned area (beds, gurneys, wheelchairs).
• Completes appropriate forms and log sheets.
• Records all required information on log sheets.
