Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous Unit Aide experience.
• CPR certification (AHA/BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care under the direction of the RN, including ADL support and vital signs.
• Completes patient records in line with hospital policy.
• Supports professional growth and participates in staff development.
• Participates in unit and quality improvement activities.
• Advocates for patient rights and helps resolve conflicts.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to maintain unit efficiency.
