• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery.
• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when taking menu selections, delivering trays, and during rounds.
• Retrieves trays from patients' rooms and ensures dietary restrictions are met.
• Maintains accurate patient information and communicates issues to appropriate staff.
• Adheres to HIPAA, sanitation, and safety policies and completes required reports.
